Universele Oorsprong: Itipuriërs komen uit het Itipura-zonnestelsel, buiten het zonnestelsel van de aarde. Itibi-Ra I was hun voormalige thuiswereld; Itibi-Ra II is hun huidige planeet. Voordat het water in hun thuiswereld opdroogde, brachten ze hun hele populatie, dieren, insecten, planten, enz. in goed getimede segmenten over. Op dat moment schakelden ze over van een vast dieet naar een vloeibaar dieet.

Fysieke eigenschappen: Itipuriërs zijn blank met een lichtbruine huid. Hun mannen en vrouwen zijn van normale aardse lengte, er is een vleugje mysterie die men om hun heen ervaart. Ze lopen elegant, schrijdend voort met lange, slanke benen, alsof ze door de lucht glijden. Ze hebben dunne kaaklijnen, rudimentaire tanden en kleine tongen, en ze dragen een beschermer op hun boven- en ondertandvlees om hun misvormde mond te verhullen. Ze dragen vingertophandschoenen, omdat ze geen vingernagels hebben, en de toppen van hun vingers zijn behoorlijk gevoelig.

Geloofssysteem: Itipuriërs leven volgens hun zeven natuurwetten (Kosmofilosofie), en door God in de natuur te bestuderen zijn ze in staat God te begrijpen. Ze bestuderen ook de wetenschap van de ziel die bij hen bekend staat als Amat Mayna. Ze leven volgens de regel dat als ze worden gestraft, ze niet door God zijn gestraft, maar door hun eigen hand.

De zeven wetten van Kosmofilosofie 1. Je zult God, mens of de natuur niet vrezen, noch God, mens of de natuur pijn doen. 2. Je zult geen leugenaar/hypocriet zijn nog voor jezelf, nog voor anderen. 3. Je respecteert de rechten van andere wezens. 4. Je onthoudt zich van alle excessen. 5. Je zult werken volgens uw talenten en karakter, en te allen tijde vriendelijk en opgewekt zijn, noch zul je je superieur voelen aan anderen. 6. Je zult de zonden tegen anderen en jezelf onverwijld ongedaan maken en de wetten van de kosmofilosofie respecteren. 7. Je zult anderen niet in pijn laten sterven.   Itipurisch gebed Laten we niet trots zijn, oh Heer van de Natuur, laten we nederig zijn en uw wijsheid van de natuur in acht nemen. Laten we niet superieur zijn aan anderen, o Heer, vanwege omstandigheden die ons zijn verleend door uw wijsheid van de natuur. Laten we nederig zijn, o Heer van de Natuur, en laat ons de schoonheid voelen van uw leven dat u ons hebt gegeven. Laten we opgewekt en vriendelijk zijn, o Heer van de Natuur, en laten we uw kracht voelen, de kracht van de natuur, o Heer, als we eenzaam zijn en pijn hebben. Laten we trouw zijn, o Heer van de Natuur, aan onszelf en anderen door geen pijn te doen, o Heer, en schenk ons de moed om terug te keren naar eeuwige vrede – met waardigheid, o Heer – want dat zijn de eeuwige wetten van de natuur.

Kosmische Agenda: Itipuriërs waren op een landbouwmissie toen ze de aarde voor het eerst bezochten in 1946 en op andere erop volgende missies in de jaren zestig, wanneer ze verschillende plantages in de Peruaanse Amazone opzetten. Ze hybridiseerden planten met die van ons en brachten de enten terug naar hun thuiswereld. Ze leefden in harmonie met de lokale stammen en woonden in kegelvormige gebouwen.

Hun dieet bestaat uit vloeibaar fruit en planten. Dit is de reden waarom hun mond anders is; de behoefte aan kauwen ging verloren toen ze overgingen op een vloeibaar dieet; dus hun tanden werden aanzienlijk kleiner. Ze zijn verslaafd aan nieuwe smaken en als ze geen nieuwe smaken in hun dieet introduceren, zullen ze fysiek lijden. Vandaar hun fruit- en plantenhybridisatieprogramma op aarde en in het hele universum. Ze houden van Cherimoya, een Zuid- en Midden-Amerikaanse vrucht.

De Itipuriërs hebben kanker in verband gebracht met machines en menselijke biologische cellen. Dus losten ze het probleem op met twee satellietwerelden: één gebruikt voor machines, genaamd de Fabriek; en de andere een grote hartplaneet die functioneert als een biologisch versterkt hart, die liefdevolle vibraties en kracht naar de sfeer/ wereld van Itibi-Ra II stuurt. Ze hebben alle artificiële en mechanische machines volledig van hun wereld afgescheiden. Ze noemen hun hartplaneet de Acai. “Silit” is hun gezegde voor welkom in ons hart. Ze dragen een symbool dat bekend staat als “Xasni” dat zich vertaalt als interkosmische eenheid.

Technologie: Itipuriërs hebben zilveren schijfvormige vaartuigen van dertig voet (rond 9 meter). De vloer in het vaartuig is als een heldere spiegel met haarvaten die zich uitstrekken tot slagaders en cellen, de levenskracht van de biologische supercomputer, het superwezen dat het schip aandrijft. Terwijl ze slapen, werken deze haarvaten als zenuwuiteinden die in het fysieke lichaam klimmen om verbeteringen uit te voeren. Het biologische brein van het schip is een groter systeem van andere soortgelijke vaartuighersenen die allemaal zijn gekoppeld aan een kolossale organische opslagcomputer op Itibi-Ra II. Er zijn minimaal zevenentwintig tot dertig schepen die binnen een zonnestelsel opereren. De transportschepen zijn de krachtbron voor de vloot.

Itipurianen genazen veel mensen in derdewereldlanden met een eenvoudig ingenomen tablet. Ze kunnen open wonden genezen met een gele pasta.

Ze beoefenen religieus hydrotherapie voor intern en extern gebruik, waarbij ze de juiste textuur, temperatuur, smaken en mineralen van vele soorten water mengen.

Bewustzijnsvermogens: Itipuriërs zijn volledig bewuste en soevereine wezens. Vanwege hun misvorming van de mond spreken ze niet vocaal. Ze zijn telepathisch binnen hun eigen ras. Wanneer ze met andere rassen praten, gebruiken ze een spraakapparaat dat om de nek wordt gedragen of als een sieraad op hun persoon wordt verborgen. Hun telepathische woorden worden vertaald via het stemapparaat, in elke taal, op elke wereld. Er is een kleine vertraging wanneer ze beginnen te spreken, waarbij hun mond een beetje beweegt, totdat hun stem door het apparaat komt.

Dimensionale Capaciteit: Itipuriërs hebben bevoegdheid in multidimensionale werelden.

Itipurians

Universal Origin: Itipurians come from the Itipura solar system, outside of Earth’s solar system. Itibi-Ra I was their former home; Itibi-Ra II is their current planet. Before their home world dried up of water, they transferred their entire population, animals, insects, plant life, etc. in well-timed segments. At this time they switched from a solid diet to a liquefied one.

Physical Characteristics: Itipurians are Caucasian appearing with light brown skin. Their men and women are of normal Earth heights, and carry an element of mystery about themselves. They walk elegantly, striding along with long, slender legs, as if gliding on air. They have thin jawlines, rudimentary teeth, and small tongues, and they wear a guard on their upper and lower gums to disguise their deformed mouths. They wear fingertip gloves, as they have no fingernails, and the tips of their fingers are quite sensitive.

Belief System: Itipurians live by their seven laws of nature (cosmophilosophy), and through the study of God in nature they are able to understand God. They also study the science of the soul known to them as Amat Mayna. They live by the rule that if they are punished, they have not been punished by God, but by their own hand.

The Seven Laws of Cosmophilosophy 1. You shall not fear God, man, or nature, nor inflict pain on God, man, or nature. 2. You shall not be a hypocrite to yourself or to others. 3. You shall respect the rights of other beings. 4. You shall abstain from all excesses. 5. You shall work according to your talents and character, and at all times be kind and cheerful, nor shall you feel superior to others. 6. You shall undo the sins against others and yourself without delay, and respect the laws of cosmophilosophy. 7. You shall not let others die in pain.    Itipurian Prayer Let us not be proud, oh Lord of Nature, let us be humble, observing thy wisdom of nature. Let us not be superior to others, oh Lord, because of conditions granted to us by thy wisdom of nature. Let us be humble, oh Lord of Nature, and let us feel the beauty of thy life you have given us. Let us be cheerful and kind, oh Lord of Nature, and let us feel thy strength, the strength of nature, oh Lord, when lonely and in pain. Let us be true, oh Lord of Nature, to ourselves and others by not inflicting pain, oh Lord, and grant us the courage to return to eternal peace—with dignity, oh Lord—for such are the eternal laws of nature.

Cosmic Agenda: Itipurians were on an agricultural mission when they first visited Earth in 1946 and on other subsequent missions through the 1960s, during which time they set up several plantations in the Peruvian Amazon. They hybridized plants with ours and took the grafts back to their home world. They lived in harmony with the local tribes and resided in conical buildings.

Their diets consist of liquefied fruits and plants. This is why their mouth is unusual; the need for chewing was lost when they switched to a liquefied diet; thus their teeth diminished considerably. They are addicted to new tastes, and if they do not introduce new flavors into their diet, they will suffer physically. Hence, their fruit and plant hybridization program on Earth and across the universe. They love Cherimoya, a South and Central American fruit.

The Itipurians have linked cancer to machinery and human biological cells. So they fixed the problem with two satellite worlds: one used for machinery, called the Factory; and the other a great heart planet that functions as a biologically enhanced heart, sending loving vibrations and power into Itibi-Ra II’s sphere. They completely separate all artificial and mechanical machinery off world. They call their heart planet the Acai. “Silit” is their saying for welcome to our hearts. They wear a symbol known as “Xasni” that translates to intercosmic unity.

Technology: Itipurians have thirty-foot silver disc-shaped craft. The flooring in the craft is like a clear mirror showcasing capillaries that spread out into arteries and cells, the life-force of the biological supercomputer, the superbeing powering the ship. While they are sleeping, these capillaries work like nerve endings that climb into the physical body to perform enhancements. The biological brain of the ship is a larger system of other such craft brains that are all linked to a colossal organic storage computer back on Itibi-Ra II. There is a minimum of twenty-seven to thirty ships when operating within a solar system. The carrier craft are the power source for the fleet.

Itipurians healed many in third-world countries with a simple ingested tablet. They can heal open wounds with a yellow paste.

They practice hydrotherapy religiously for internal and external uses, mixing the right texture, temperature, flavors, and minerals of many types of water.

Consciousness Abilities: Itipurians are fully conscious and sovereign beings. Because of their mouth malformation, they do not speak vocally. They are telepathic within their own race. When speaking to other races, they use a voice device that is worn around the neck, or hidden as a piece of jewelry on their person. Their telepathic words are translated through the voice gadget, in any language, on any world. There is a slight delay when they start to speak, their mouth moving slightly—until their voice comes through the device.

Dimensional Capacity: Itipurians have multirealm commandership.
