Stilte is de natuurlijke staat. Dat betekent niet dat we altijd stil moeten zijn of dat we moeten proberen geluid te vermijden of een rustige mind voor elkaar te krijgen. We hoeven niets te doen om stilte te erkennen als de natuurlijke staat, behalve opmerken dat stilte er altijd en allang is. Het is al de natuurlijke staat. Het is overal. Overal om je heen. Het is in jou. Jij bent het.
Geen enkel geluid is gescheiden van de stilte die het doet ontstaan. Als je de stilte niet kunt ervaren, merk dan gewoon op wat er is. Als er geluid ontstaat, merk dan het geluid op. Merk op dat het op natuurlijke wijze ontstaat en verdwijnt zonder dat je het hoeft te beoordelen, te verwelkomen, eraan te ontsnappen of het hoeft af te wijzen. Merk de stilte op die er is voordat het geluid ontstaat, terwijl het ontstaat en nadat het verdwijnt. Als er luide muziek speelt, merk dan de muziek op en merk de stilte op die eromheen hangt. Gesprekken, muziek, explosies en andere geluiden ontstaan uit stilte. Deze dingen zijn stilte in een andere vorm.
De volgende keer dat je een geluid hoort, merk dan op dat jij de stilte bent die ernaar luistert. Jij bent de stilte die hier is voordat het geluid ontstaat, terwijl het klinkt en wanneer het verdwijnt. Er is niets dat je hoeft te doen om stilte te herkennen als de natuurlijke staat, behalve opmerken dat jouw essentie stilte is.

Silence
Silence is the natural state. That does not mean that we have to remain quiet all the time or that we must try to avoid sound or bring about a quiet mind. We don’t have to do anything to recognize silence as the natural state except notice that silence is always and already here. It is already the natural state. It is everywhere. It is all around you. It is within you. You are it.
No sound is separate from the silence that gives birth to it. If you cannot sense the silence, just notice what is here. If sound arises, notice the sound. Notice that it arises and falls naturally without any need for you to judge it, welcome it, escape it, or reject it. Notice the silence that is here before the sound arises, while it is arising, and after it falls. If loud music is playing, notice the music and notice the silence that surrounds it. Conversations, music, explosions and other sounds arise from silence. These things are silence in another form.
The next time you hear a sound, notice that you are the silence that is listening to it. You are the silence that is here before the sound arises, while it is sounding, and when it is gone. There is nothing that you need to do to recognize silence as the natural state except notice that your very essence is silence.

And a new contemporary spirituality is emerging that recognizes universal consciousness as the primary element in the universe not matter.
We’re a spacious universal consciousness appearing as separate human beings.
Tuning in to this universal consciousness, the conscious silence inside us, helps us be more receptive to intuition.
Those sudden and spontaneous inner promptings from the universal that are often precisely appropriate and useful to our current circumstances.
That hunch we might get about whether a particular choice is appropriate, the sudden hint that something we’ve lost is in an unexpected place.
Intuition is the spontaneous and silent voice of the universal consciousness.
A universal consciousness trying to help us navigate our life.
Providing spontaneous insights and sudden inspirations that have helped human beings through the ages find new understanding and create new music and art.
We can’t see this universal field of consciousness and haven’t yet developed the sensitive tools required to make it visible, but we can make visual expressions of our intuitive impressions of this field.
We can reveal it with art.
Visual fields, arrays, webs and networks created with digital art tools can hint at the unseen, underlying connectedness that binds the universe together into one coherent whole.
Something hidden exists in all our lives, and with digital art software we can now make our intuitive realizations of this hidden universal consciousness visible.

We’re living in a time when insights from the ancient intuitive wisdom traditions Taoism, Buddhism and the Hindu Vedanta, among others, are being joined with insights from the front edge of science to create a new synthesis, a new worldview fit for the 21st century.

We’re the living expressions of a universal consciousness that’s transforming itself into the precisely orchestrated biochemistry of our bodies, allowing us to live life as a human being.
A universal consciousness that has an extraordinary intelligence, not only orchestrating the astonishing complexity of the biochemistry of our body, but also bringing us intuition.
When we’re born, the conscious universe becomes a human being.
And every day we can find time to pause, pay attention to the silence inside us, and realize an inner connection to the conscious universe.
We can let our thinking dissolve away, and become aware of the silence of universal consciousness inside us.
We can focus our attention in this conscious silence and become more tuned in to the universal consciousness.
And we can more clearly sense the helpful intuitive insights and inspirations it’s always creating inside us.

We’re living in a time when insights from the front edge of science are being joined with insights from the ancient intuitive wisdom traditions to create a new synthesis, a new worldview fit for the 21st century.
These intuitive insights reveal a different world than that proposed by our current mainstream world-view, in which our separate human brain is thought to somehow generate consciousness.
This shift in understanding is important because it helps us make different choices than we might have previously, choices that can change our life for the better.
And making this shift for ourselves has to do with finding the clarity and intuitive intelligence of the universal consciousness inside us, and allowing it to dissolve some of our habitual thinking.
A key change in our understanding of ourselves emerges from the realization that the cosmic energy field researched by physicists over the past century is also a field of consciousness.
A spacious universal consciousness exists inside all of us and throughout all space everywhere.
And the conscious silence we find inside us when we allow our thinking to dissolve away is the presence of this universal consciousness.
A spacious cosmic consciousness/intelligence is experiencing living as countless life-forms on all the planets that support life throughout the Universe.
A universal consciousness orchestrating photosynthesis and bringing sentient life into being everywhere.
A cosmic field-intelligence transforming itself into the choreographed streaming flows of cell biochemistry we see occurring within all living beings.
Our individual human life has meaning and value in a Universe where all life and consciousness are woven into one continuously evolving whole.
We’re all in this together, every moment of every day we’re connected into a universal organism of conscious awareness that’s evolving and changing as a consequence of our own life.
This view of ourselves as always woven into an evolving and intelligent whole is a long way from the previous way we saw life.
For many people in previous generations, life in an apparently indifferent, meaningless Universe with a brief time to be alive, meant a focus on wealth and attempts to dominate others.
The focus was always on separation.
We can maybe begin to see things differently.
We’re born into this world from within an enduring universal consciousness that’s always here, throughout the birth and death of all of us.
Everything we are while we’re alive is woven into this universal consciousness and remains there as part of the continuously evolving whole.
Life is meaningful and we’re all evolving toward being able to find the clarity and intelligence of cosmic consciousness within ourselves more easily than previously.
Our view of reality, our worldview, is often shaped by our preconceptions and assumptions, and can sometimes be an unconscious prism through which we see the world.
The separatist and materialist worldview that so characterized the 20th century has entered deep into mainstream thinking and acts as a sort of foundational myth, a way of structuring and filtering reality.
Materialist, separation thinking has been obscuring the reality that we’re always connected into a conscious and intelligent Universe.
Positive change is possible, but the most fundamental and difficult change needed is change in our awareness, a change in the way we see the world, each other and our planet.
And this change can begin to happen when we tune in to the conscious silence inside us and find for ourselves the intuitive realization that it’s everywhere, inside all of us.
We’re a spacious universal and cosmic consciousness appearing as a separate person.
A single conscious space exists inside all of us, a universal conscious awareness before it becomes thought.
And when we let our thinking dissolve away, we can become aware of this conscious silence inside us.
Unique personal experiences happen inside each one of us, but our conscious awareness isn’t separate from the whole of cosmic consciousness inside all of us.
And it’s our culturally biased separation from the underlying clarity and wisdom of cosmic consciousness that seems to be causing widespread distress.
And though we were probably never taught how to tune in to the inner conscious silence at school, and our culture seems in any case to regard intuition as irrational or unscientific, despite it being central to the creation of art, poetry and music, the scientific worldview could use a more intuitive perspective.
Scientific research during the last century has shown all ‘material stuff’ to be clusters of tiny wave patterns in a field of nonlocal cosmic energy.
This nonlocality, proven by experiment, reveals the foundational, underlying energy field throughout the Universe to be a single connective space joining everything everywhere into one unified whole.
Atoms and molecules are connected patterns of vibration in a universal cosmic field that’s everywhere.
Everything is dynamically woven into and correlated with everything else, revealing an apparent intelligent coherence.
How do we explain the unity and coherence of both living cell biochemistry and conscious awareness without assuming the existence of a structuring, arranging and choreographing field-intelligence throughout the Universe?
A universal cosmic intelligence that’s expressing itself through a spatial-orchestration-field both inside the brain, throughout our body and in all space everywhere?
And as we find the conscious silence that’s always present inside us, we can tune in to this universal field and intuitively realize it to be a single, connected space, a universal consciousness.
We can intuitively realize that the conscious awareness inside us is a universal consciousness everywhere, throughout all space and inside all life.
A universal intelligence exists everywhere in the Universe as a primary and fundamental field and it can sometimes seem to be guiding our personal evolution into an ever more conscious awareness of itself.
It guides us through our life with intuitive suggestions for how to proceed with various choices we may need to make, if we tune in to it.
Without this guidance and the sense of trusting in a generous and providential Universe that it helps bring about, we can perhaps begin to feel estranged from life and each other, and express our frustrations in the world in anger and unhappy feelings.
Despite the apparent chaos we can see happening around us, the underlying clarity and wisdom of cosmic consciousness always remains available to us.
We’re making the difficult transition into a new understanding of ourselves as being always woven into a conscious and intelligent Universe.

Like a hidden flower of light, the silent whisper of a universal soul brings meaning, writing a poetry of silence into every moment, and when thought dissolves in dreamy trance, or we gaze sometimes across the midnight sky, we know we’re part of something larger than ourselves, something no words can ever say but every heart somehow knows, an intelligence that brings beauty to flowers and the honk of geese to winter skies, an endless song of silence joining every leaf and every human heart, the eternal becoming human for the brief duration of a life.
We’re here just a short while in this world and in every fleeting moment a poetry of light is gardening our heart, unfolding silent harmonies all across our endless inward sky with sentience, intelligence and meaning, a compass to steer our life helping us see more clearly, like we have new eyes to know life is larger than it seems, more beautiful than we can say in words, while every moment fades to memory like shadows fading into mist that lingers on an endless ocean.
The conscious silence brings something of its gentle grace to our reflective inner moments, revealing all the wisdom underneath the surface of the everyday, the knowing that can’t be said, the unwritten poetry blended through the conscious fabric of our world, the poetry of insight writing itself into the moment, the gentle intelligence of the universe breathing into our life, its silence whispering always in our heart.
In het Spaans is “Vaquita” zoiets als “een koetje”. Ze leven in ondiepe lagunes in en rond de delta van de Colorado in het noorden van de Golf van Californië in Mexico. In gebieden dieper dan 30 meter wagen ze zich niet. Soms zijn ze zelfs te zien in gebieden zo ondiep dat hun rug boven het water uitsteekt. Ze leven er van vissen en inktvissen. De lokale bevolking noemt ze cochito’s, “varkentjes”. Het werd geobserveerd dat ze in kleine families van 10 leven. Een paar jaar terug was een groot alarm geslagen, omdat er maar 8 tot 10 individuen gezien was.
… Hoewel de kleinste bruinvis ter wereld, de vaquita of bruinvis uit de Golf van Californië (Phocoena sinus), voor het eerst wetenschappelijk werd erkend in de jaren vijftig, was de soort waarschijnlijk al lang daarvoor bekend bij vissers en inheemse volkeren in delen van de noordelijke Golf van Californië. … Interviews met lokale vissers en mensen die al lang in de Golf wonen, vertellen over een dier dat afwisselend ‘vaquita’ (kleine koe), ‘cochito’ (varkentje; Brownell 1982), of soms zelfs ‘duende’ (geest of elf; Norris en Prescott 1961)…
Het is een triest feit dat een groot deel van de geschiedenis en kennis van de inheemse volkeren van en nabij het schiereiland Baja verloren lijkt te zijn gegaan. We kunnen ons voorstellen dat de volkeren die nu Seri, Paipai, Kumeyaay, Cochimi, Cucapás, Kiliwa en Guaycura heten, tegenwoordig vaak sterk vermengd met andere stammen en westerlingen, prachtige herinneringen zouden hebben aan een kleine bruinvis in een uitgestrekte zee (https:// www.houstonculture.org/mexico/baja.html).
Operation “Miracle”
Inspanningen om vaquita-populatie te ondersteunen zijn voor mij inspirerend om te zien, hoe het samengewerkt kan worden voor het doel, die gezamenlijk gedragen is.
Al vanaf 1993 was de regering van Mexico al bezig met een aantal maatregelen. Eerst was het leefgebied van Phocoena sinus uitgeroepen tot een reservaat. Ik heb begrepen, dat het grootste gevaar voor de kleine bruinvis is niet eens overbevissing, maar de netten die door de vissers in het water gedumpt worden. Vaquita’s en andere zeebewoners raken erin verstrikt.
Ik vroeg een keer iemand die op grote oceaanschepen gevaren heeft over zeeafval. Hij legde uit, dat er zo veel overboord wordt gegooid, omdat er praktisch geen betaalbare mogelijkheid “aan wal” bestaat om plastic netten, maar ook legen vaten van brandstof voor de motoren in te leveren. In ieder geval, zonder extra daarvoor te betalen!
Later was de hele Mexicaanse Golf van Californië aangewezen als een Zero Tolerance Area (ZTA) voor alle illegale vissers. De vissers waren er niet mee eens, volgens berichten in de media ontstonden er gewapende groepen… piraten-vissers (?).
Toen ging er de marine van Mexico ook patrouilleren, en de natuurbeschermers beschermen.
UNESCO deed mee, zeer vermogende Amerkanen deden mee. Er was een wetenschappelijk onderzoek uitgevoerd en een grote mediacampagne, die weliswaar berichtgeving uitsluitend “op het probleem” richtte.
Mexicaanse ambassadeur in de VS schreef eind vorig jaar over de inspanningen van Sea Shepherd:
“Met trots kunnen we melden dat vrouwen en mannen van verschillende Mexicaanse instanties hebben samengewerkt met kapiteins, bemanningen en wetenschappers van Sea Shepherd om een historisch jaar vast te leggen in de bescherming van onze oceanen. Samen herdefiniëren we wat het maatschappelijk middenveld over de hele wereld kan bereiken als professionaliteit, transparantie, vertrouwen en betrokkenheid worden toegepast op de complexe uitdagingen van de 21e eeuw.
Sea Shepherd debuteerde in januari met haar nieuwe schip, de M/V Seahorse, om de Zero Tolerance Area (ZTA) van het door UNESCO erkende toevluchtsoord Vaquita te beschermen. Het mandaat van het schip is om samen te werken met de minister van Marine om te voorkomen dat stropers illegaal vistuig inzetten waarmee het meest bedreigde zeezoogdier ter wereld, de Vaquita bruinvis, wordt gevangen. …”
Er is hoop… dat er niet weer een oorlog is tegen of voor iets. Maar dat we erkenning geven van de waarde van het dialoog, van respect voor de natuur en van alle volkeren, van het samenwerken. Voor al het leven.

Universele oorsprong: Alcyone Pleiadiërs komen van Alcyone, de helderste ster in de sterrengroep van de Pleiaden in het noordwesten van het sterrenbeeld Stier.
Fysieke eigenschappen: Alcyone Pleiadiërs zijn niet te onderscheiden van aardse mensen en lijken op Nordics. Vrouwen zijn 5 foot 5 inch tot 6 f lang (ca 165-183 cm). Mannen zijn 5 f 7 inch tot 6 f 2 inch (ca 177 -188 cm). Ze hebben een scala aan huidskleuren. Afhankelijk van de dimensie waarin ze leven, varieert hun huidskleur van wit tot lichtblauw, violet of rood.
Geloofssysteem: Alcyone Pleiadiërs geloven in de Kosmische Wet van Eén. Ze verbinden zich met anderen door lange omhelzingen, waarbij ze het hart tegen de borst drukken, waardoor het gevoel van onvoorwaardelijke liefde van lichaam naar lichaam kan overgaan. Ze trekken positieve ervaringen in hun leven aan omdat ze één zijn met hun eigen ziel, hun cultuur en het Universum.
Kosmische Agenda: Alcyone Pleiadiërs bezoeken de Aarde om met geselecteerde contactpersonen informatie over onze planeet en anderen in ons Universum te delen. Als lid van de Galacterian Alignment zijn het vriendelijke wetenschappers die onze wereld en anderen verkennen. They connect to others through long embraces, pressing the heart chest to chest, allowing the feeling of unconditional love to pass from body to body. They attract positive experiences into their life because they are at one with their own soul, their culture, and the universe.
Cosmic Agenda: Alcyone Pleiadians visit Earth to share with selected contactees information about our planet and others in our universe. As a member of the Galacterian Alignment, they are friendly scientists, exploring our world and others. They study the cellular structure of all living things and have categorized close to a half million civilizations.
Technology: Besides having access to the normal Galacterian Alignment craft available to all star nations, the Alcyone Pleiadian ships, which are one hundred, two hundred, or three hundred feet in diameter, use a crystal template and plasma energy as the driving force of the ships controlled by its pilots, whose minds are married to craft organic brain matter. When in flight, the ship might change shapes and emit colors, sometimes turning into light, triggered by velocity. When in flight artificial gravity is induced within the craft.
Consciousness Abilities: Alcyone Pleiadians are fully conscious, sovereign, and telepathic beings. They can also cast their conscious[1]ness into the future to preview an event in their life. Most do this when a baby is in the womb to see what the child’s needs will be throughout its life.
Dimensional Capacity: Alcyone Pleiadians have multirealm commandership. They favor the fifth dimension because the body becomes more like spirit, but the sensual sensation of touch remains; consciousness is crystal clear, and the unconditional love vibration has increased manifold.

Het gaat over een onderwerp dat mij al een hele tijd bezighoudt. Ik zou het noemen – thema vriendschap. Ik nodig jullie allemaal van harte uit om hierbij bij dit onderwerp aan te sluiten en met uw waarneming samen met mij eraan deel te nemen…
In deze realiteit gaat het vaak over het onderwerp vriendschap en allerlei soorten scripts en Programma’s worden eraan gekoppeld en ermee verbonden. Allerlei denkmodellen over in welke vorm het is of zou moeten zijn en ook bij mij neem ik ook vele verschillende modellen waar. Er ontstaan steeds meer groepen die los van elkaar opereren. Apart werken en ook grote en prachtige dingen bereiken samen.
Maar waarom faalt het dat deze krachten niet worden gebundeld? Wat maakt het dat het niet lukt dat contacten worden onderhouden? Hoe komt het dat er weer afstand ontstaat?
Dit zijn open vragen voor ieder van jullie.
Ik doe al heel lang onderzoek naar dit onderwerp en wil nu graag mijn mening delen met jullie delen en dit veld dieper met jullie te belichten.
In mijn omgeving, in mijn eigen leven en ook in de scripts die in mij worden ingevoegd, kan ik steeds de tendens herkennen dat er groepen en duurzame vriendschappen vaker in het leven behouden kan blijven als persoonlijkheden nauwer met elkaar verbonden zijn. Als de manier van leven, geschiedenis en bepaalde modellen zijn met elkaar in overeenstemming en niet elkaar zwaar tegenspreken. Vaak ontstaat er een oordeel, afstand of een mening naar iemand, die daaruit valt. En in mijn observatie gaat het erbij om het collectief Wapensysteem. En waarschijnlijk is deze hele realiteit een soort collectief Wapensysteem.
Je ziet het in religies, voetbalclubs, sociale klassen, enzovoort, en de lijst gaat maar door en zou waarschijnlijk oneindig doorgaan als ik hiermee door zou gaan.
En dus… komen hier veel vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten uit voort?
Of is er een ander veld van waaruit hier bijeenkomsten kunnen worden gevormd?
Ik heb de afgelopen dagen een aantal zeer krachtige commands in het veld gegeven. Ik heb de opdracht gegeven om het veld van onze kosmische vriendschap hierin aanwezig te laten zijn. Ik gaf de opdracht om ons aan deze vriendschap te herinneren en ik gaf ook een command om Gaia hieraan te herinneren.
Zodat dit veld de basis en het fundament van onze bijeenkomsten wordt.
Zodat we gezamenlijk vanuit dit veld allerlei uitwisselingen mogelijk kunnen maken.
Zodat we vanuit dit veld er voor elkaar kunnen zijn.
Zodat we dit veld gebruiken om de basis voor gezamenlijke projecten te laten plaatsvinden.
En zodat wij vanuit dit veld werkelijk grootse en krachtige ontwikkelingen te kunnen laten ontstaan.
Zie deze tekst als een gedeelde bekrachtiging. En beschouw deze tekst als een gezamenlijk onderzoeksgebied. Omdat we dit hier SAMEN doen.
In dit veld zijn alle scripts UITGESCHAKELD. BOEM.
Het is voor mij een grote eer om hier bij jullie aanwezig te mogen zijn.

Hallo meine lieben Freunde da draußen!
Ich schreibe hier diese Zeilen aus meinem stillen Kämmerchen irgendwo in Deutschland.
Es dreht sich um ein Thema, dass mich nun schon seit längerer Zeit bewegt. Es soll sich um das Thema Freundschaft handeln. Ich lade euch alle ganz herzlich dazu ein, sich diesem Thema mit mir zusammen zu widmen und mit eurer Wahrnehmung daran teilzunehmen…
In dieser Wirklichkeit geht es oft um das Thema Freundschaft und allerlei Skripts und Programme sind daran angeknüpft und damit verbunden. Allerlei Denkmodelle welche Form diese hat oder haben sollte und auch ich nehme bei mir vielerlei Modelle davon wahr. Es häufen sich vermehrt Gruppen die voneinander getrennt agieren. Voneinander getrennt arbeiten und auch große und wundervolle Dinge miteinander vollbringen.
Doch woran scheitert es, dass diese Kräfte nicht miteinander gebündelt werden? Woran scheitert es, dass Kontakte nicht aufrecht erhalten werden? Woran liegt es, dass wieder eine Distanz entsteht?
Dies sind offene Fragen an jeden von euch.
Ich untersuche dieses Thema schon seit längerem und möchte nun meine Wahrnehmung mit euch teilen und dieses Feld tiefer mit euch beleuchten.
In meinem Umfeld, in meinem eigenen Leben und auch in den mir eingefügten Skripts kann ich immer wieder die Tendenz erkennen, dass Gruppen und dauerhafte Freundschaften eher am Leben erhalten werden, wenn die Persönlichkeiten näher miteinander verknüpft sind. Wenn die Lebensweise, die Geschichte und gewisse Modelle miteinander übereinstimmen und nicht im Widerspruch zueinander stehen. Oft entsteht ein Urteil, eine Distanz oder eine Meinung über jemanden daraus und in meiner Wahrnehmung handelt es sich dabei um kollektive Waffensysteme. Und wahrscheinlich ist diese ganze Wirklichkeit eine Art kollektives Waffensystem.
Man sieht es in Religionen, Fußballclubs, Gesellschaftsschichten und so weiter und die Liste würde wahrscheinlich fast bis ins Unendliche reichen, wenn ich diese hier fortführen würde.
Also… werden dann viele Treffen und Zusammenkünfte daraus geformt?
Oder gibt es da noch ein anderes Feld aus dem Zusammenkünfte hier geformt werden können?
Ich habe die letzten Tage einige sehr kraftvolle Commands ins Feld gegeben. Ich habe den Command gegeben das Feld unserer kosmischen Freundschaft hier anwesend sein zu lassen. Ich habe den Command gegeben uns an diese Freundschaft zu erinnern und ich habe auch den Command gegeben Gaia daran zu erinnern.
Auf das dieses Feld die Basis und das Fundament unserer Zusammenkünfte bildet.
Auf das wir gemeinsam aus diesem Feld heraus allerlei Austausch stattfinden lassen können.
Auf das wir aus diesem Feld heraus füreinander da sein können.
Auf das wir aus diesem Feld heraus die Basis für gemeinsame Projekte stattfinden lassen können.
Und auf das wir aus diesem Feld heraus in der Lage sind wirklich großartige und kraftvolle Bewegungen entstehen lassen zu können.
Seht diesen Text als eine gemeinsame Bekräftigung. Und seht diesen Text als gemeinsames Untersuchungsfeld. Denn wir tun das hier ZUSAMMEN.
In diesem Feld sind alle Skripte AUSGESCHALTET. BOOM.
Es ist mir eine große Ehre gemeinsam mit euch hier anwesend zu sein.
