Navajo Historian, Wally Brown, teaches about Giants. Yes there were tall people.
But the giants in our stories are not physical beings but rather things everyone has to face. The rough translation is “Big Fear”. Everyone has their own big fear or Giant.
The two boys, commonly referred to as the “Hero Twins” were given the weapon to destroy those fears. What it comes down to is Prayer and a connection to the Holy People. A belief that the Holy People are in charge.
